Court backs legal action against woman after stepchildren saw her topless

A court has backed criminal action against a woman accused of being topless in front of her step-children – in her own home. Tilli Buchanan was charged under Utah’s law on lewdness involving a child. Her husband also removed his shirt, but was not charged because the law treats men and women differently for baring their chests. If convicted, she could be registered as sex offender.

No miles... Let's say it were ur kids over at step moms not biological but step mom... How would u feel about step mom flashing ur kids...... What would u feel about that.....it is something worth looking into for kids sake. Kids watch n learn to mimic n often no idea certain behaviors they adopt can put them into dangerous situations even if innocently adopted the behavior .
