Party polarization at an all-time high in the US

As per a poll released by Gallup, 89% of Republicans approved of President Trump versus just 7% of Democrats during the third year of his presidency. The 82-point split is the highest ever recorded (previous being a 79-point split during Trump’s second year in office). Worthwhile to know, the 10 most polarized years have all occurred in the past 16 years. The survey included 4,560 adults.
