Survey finds that younger generations feeling lonelier than older generations

The Cigna 2020 Loneliness Index has revealed that youngsters are lonelier than older generations, with loneliness being on the rise. 61% of adults who were surveyed by the health insurance company have revealed that they feel lonely. This marks a 7% increase as compared to the results of 2018.

It's because most of the young generation feel like they're victims of something when they're not. They need to suck it up and get outside instead of staring at their phone for 16 out of the 24 hours of the day
