Mount Vesuvius eruption turned the brain of a victim into glass: Study

A new analysis of statues that were left behind as a result of the destruction caused by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius has revealed that one victim’s brain was turned to glass due to the heat of the eruption. The incident which took place in 79 AD and caught many people by surprise in the ancient cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum encased thousands of people in ash.

It's a deceptive story... No doubt the brain liquified n perhaps upon cooling long after....... When I took Latin in public junior n senior high school we had to translate the diaries discovered of a corrupt business man found in the ruins of Pompeii... Yep we got Latin n up to Greek in public school... Ever since fascinated by that culture n the events
