Damn smart move, he can't lose more support and can only gain more. Should have done this LONG ago. And use these opportunities to remind the public over and over how the Democratic party keeps trying to move the boundaries on when a baby can be murdered; they have been caught saying at birth or shortly after, now. It's monstrous and sickening.

Great, infanticide shouldn't be an option, at most a last resort for the most extreme cases.

Well he is free to have his opinion. I disagree with it, but at least he has a clear opinion and doesn't just use vague politician speak, to avoid the question. I disagree with that more than someone just picking a side.

If paid family leave, subsidised adoption costs, tax-paid birth control is what it takes to make abortion illegal, it's a trade I'm willing to make.

Good on him. Abortion on demand is a blight on this country and should be opposed by everyone. Even if you think that abortion should be allowed in certain circumstances you must admit that it is a terrible thing that a woman can legally end the life of her unborn child simply because it would inconvenience her life.

Do as many abortions as you want. Just don't expect me or anybody else than you to pay for it.

so here's the thing.. people say no more abortion's.... those same people don't even try and help the kids that are already here who have no families.... abortion's are good and they help people who need it.

I don't think he cares one way or the other about this issue despite what he says as everything begins and ends with him. This is just another opportunity for him to pander to his base and reaffirm that he is with them on this issue and remind them to vote for him in November. If he needed to take an opposite position on this to gain something from it he would. His shifting positions historically reflect that he is a master opportunist.
