Conflict in Poland after Parliament and Supreme Court issue rival rulings

The Supreme Court and the parliament of Poland have come in conflict after the apex court said that hundreds of judges chosen under new rules were not sufficiently independent and should no longer hear cases. At the same time, lawmakers approved legislation making it easier to fire critical judges. The government has said that it is trying tackle corruption in the judiciary.

It is in a sense... These individual areas have no central form of justice n thus prone to corruption... Goes back to secret police during cold War crap..... N yes ever prone to yep Russian operatives.. U realize Poland shares a border with ukraine
