Hillary Clinton documentary reveals Obama called Trump a ’fascist’

Sen. Tim Kaine revealed in a documentary that Obama told him in a phone conversation that Trump is a ’fascist’. Kaine recalled the conversation in an episode of Hillary, a series about the former secretary of state’s life. ’President Obama called me last night and said, ’Tim, remember, this is no time to be a purist. You’ve got to keep a fascist out of the White House,’’ said the Virginia Democrat

Of course he did, that's why the DNC rigged the primaries to get Clinton in over Bernie. Cos you got to beat a "fascist" by being a real fascist.

Is it just me or does fascism break the whole left/right political scale. What constitutes Left and Right? It’s literally the seating positions in parliament during the French Revolution: Conservatives (Supporters of the monarchy to the right) and the “Liberals” (supporters of the Revolution) to the Left. Instead of thinking in terms of Left or Right we should really be thinking in true objectives in modern terms. No conservative today wants a king or an end to the republic. If anything American Conservatism is closer to liberalism than American Liberalism is. Conservatives DISDAIN high taxes (especially income taxes) because of the inequality and the greater amount of corruption that follows. Republican candidates don’t ever just cut the unnecessary military growth expenditure. American Liberals (Or should I say socialists) on the other hand have a love for the welfare state, a love for international interventionism, and a genuine love for the humanities. Now take a glance at Fascism. Far Left: “Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power” Far Right: “Socialism is a fraud, a comedy, a phantom, a blackmail.” Far Left: “We have buried the putrid corpse of liberty” (bit of a stretch but imperialistic constitutional monarchies still give their citizens rights) Far Right: Enforced traditional roles for women. Far Left:”There is a violence that liberates, and a violence that enslaves; there is a violence that is moral and a violence that is immoral” (For someone who claims to want to utterly undo the work of Marx this sounds awfully a lot like justification for a great revolution.) Far Right: Extreme and near religious/fanatical Nationalism. (Nothing wrong with a little patriotism but no radical communist/socialist would EVER think that a national identity is something worth protecting. The whole goal of the Soviet Union was to spread the revolution internationally and to have the entire world be basically like the US where the borders are just lines on a map dictating the ethnic representation district/state. They very much want open borders. You might point to Stalin’s wall but that was to keep civilians INSIDE, NOT the other way around.) Fascism is basically weaponized autism: Fascists disdain both communism and “Friedman style lassies-faire” capitalism. “By this he did not mean that kind of state interference we employed in America before 1933—that is, regulatory commissions to prevent business from doing certain unlawful things such as combining to restrain trade. What he had in mind was what so many in Italy had in mind, that some force should be brought into being to direct and manage the movement and operation of economic law—controlling such great glandular energies as production, distribution, labor, credit, etc.”

He's an authoritarian, not a fascist, so Obama got this one wrong. Doesn't mean he can't end up being ultimately right.
