Facebook asks employees to put off non-essential travel to China

Facebook has asked employees to suspend non-essential travel to China to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The company also told employees who had traveled to China to work from home. Although Facebook is banned in China, the company does have offices in the country and uses Chinese suppliers for manufacturing its Oculus virtual reality headsets and its Portal family of video chat devices.
