Duke University students in China offered stipend to return home

Duke University in Kunshan, China, is reportedly offering students a $1,000 travel stipend to return home amid the deadly coronavirus outbreak. The school has announced that is has postponed classes until Feb. 17. Access is also restricted to the campus until Feb. 15 with the exception of ’essential personnel’. Meanwhile, Chinese students have been advised to stay on campus.
