The death toll from the coronavirus outbreak has climbed to 170. A total of 7,783 confirmed cases have been reported worldwide. The vast majority of cases (7,678) have been recorded on mainland China, making it more widespread in the country than the SARS outbreak in 2002 and 2003. Australia as seven recorded cases, US - five, France - five, Germany - four.
