6,000 passengers stranded on cruise ship over feared coronavirus case

Over 6,000 tourists are stranded aboard a cruise ship in Italy after the liner was placed on lockdown over two suspected cases of coronavirus. Samples from a Chinese couple have been sent for testing after doctors boarded the ship to tend to a woman running a fever. The couple are believed to have flown in to Milan from Hong Kong on Jan 25.

Overreaction, or wisdom? Honestly, probably smart, as cost of letting them go if they are sick is larger than cost of holding them a few days without being sure.

I have no clue why tourism is still open to China at the moment. Other than monies.
