Sea floor sinking due to climate change, new research suggests

A new, more accurate system developed by researchers has said the sea floor is sinking at a rate of 0.1 millimeters every year. This, however, is not enough to protect coastal cities from rising sea levels caused due to melting ice in the polar regions.

It was only a matter of time before the Tax and Save The Planet alarmists came up with an excuse for their glairingly failed prediction of catastrophic increase in Sea-Level.

Wait if the sea floor is sinking then wouldn't that at least somewhat offset rising water levels?

Give these clowns enough time and they will find a way to implicate C02 in the current dimming of Betelgeuse.

"To correct this omission in the original equation, authors of a new study published in Geophysical Research Letters revised old equations to account for ocean bottom deformation." An omission? An error? So, a theory is found faulty and the solution is to come up with another theory to support the original theory. No such thing as admitting, "Err.. The original theory has been proven wrong!"

So it's offsetting the mean sea level rise by roughly 4% per year? Interesting from a technical perspective but not nearly enough to even begin to mitigate the damage that is being done.

The sky is falling. The sky is falling. The ocean floor is falling. The ocean floor is falling. We're doomed I tell you. Doomed. We're doomed I tell you. Doomed. signed Chicken Little.

Haha so after years of doom saying, their reason it all hasn't come true, is MORE climate change? Fuck offffff

So retarded we were supposed to all be underwater by now, and that would not have been offset my 1mm per year. Stop lying.

Ehh... I really don't like how climate change deniers can spam the comments on this app. No difference between them and the other side screaming "apocalypse".

sea didn't rise, so next best thing the sea floor sinks? the sea floor is sinking because of expansion in polar bear population. https://www.thegwpf.org/as-polar-bear-numbers-increase-gwpf-calls-for-re-assessment-of-endangered-species-status/

How can you possible measure something with 0.1 millimeter accuracy across multiple points on the globe. Can’t use sea level as the thing your measuring against cause “it’s riiiiising”.
