At least 20 killed in stampede at Tanzania church service

At least 20 people have been killed and over a dozen injured in a stampede during a church service at a stadium in northern Tanzania. The stampede occurred as hundreds rushed to get anointed with ’blessed oil’. Pastor Boniface Mwamposa has been drawing huge crowds recently promising prosperity and cure for disease to worshippers who walk on what he describes as ’blessed oil’.

Shame on Mwamposa. He should be charged with manslaughter. And I wish reporters wouldn’t call people “Christian” when the teachings are clearly NOT Christian. Joel Osteen and others like him and Mwamposa are false teachers.

Sad when people follow a false prosperity ‚Apostel’ nicknamed ‚Bulldozer‘ with such fervor into their death and trampling children on the way. Angry with such a greedy scammer who should be prosecuted. - Jesus and Paul the Apostle warned believers against such people repeatedly. Christians need to know the Word of God and the Saviour, so they will not listen to such deceptive voices.

Now a stampede is generally attributed to a herd of out of control animals. Are you saying black people are animals?

Blessed oils! Just like the middle eastern Oil. Both a curse and a blessing

Sarcasm alert: Some how, I doubt the reason most people avoid the front row in church is to escape being trampled to death; but now I know another benefit of hiding in the back. Albeit, my church doesn't have midnight healing and prosperity rituals.
