China builds makeshift emergency coronavirus hospital for 1,000 beds in 10 days

The Huoshenshan Hospital in Wuhan will serve to battle the coronavirus epidemic. The construction started on Jan. 23 and the makeshift emergency hospital built with prefabricated units is scheduled to begin admitting new patients on Monday, Feb. 3. Another emergency facility, the Leishenshan Hospital, slated for 1,500 beds, is being built around 25 miles away. It is expected to open on Feb. 5.

I've got to hand it to China...that is impressive. Hopefully it will actually be used to help people instead of just being a propaganda piece.

Is it just me or shouldn't those ventilation ducts be filtered or otherwise have some sort of protection in place to keep the virus from being vented outside?

Thats a bunch of portables stacked ontop of eachother with it's guts hanging out in the wind... Gotta break some building codes to cook a virus I guess.
