Prada agrees to send NY store employees an Milan executives to racial sensitivity training in an agreement with the New York City Commission on Human Rights. This action, in addition to the appointment of a diversity officer, is part of a settlement following a complaint over merchandise considered depicting racist imagery.

Companies should not cave to this. A single complaint by a civil rights attorney and self proclaimed social justice activist kicked this off. The danger in giving government this type of power is already leaning towards suppression of speech. The NYC Human Rights Commission can fine employers and landlords up to $250,000 for using the term "illegal alien".
