More than 100 U.S. troops diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries in Iran attack

The U.S. Department of Defense now says 109 troops have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries resulting from the Jan 8 Iranian attack on Ayn Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. Most cases are mild and 76 have returned to duty. Traumatic brain injuries can take time to be diagnosed. Overall, 408,000 U.S. troops have been treated for traumatic brain injuries since the year 2000.
