Boeing records zero new airplane orders in January

Boeing reported zero orders for new airplanes in the month of January. The lack of orders last month stands in contrast to Airbus, which logged orders for 274 commercial airplanes in January. Boeing recorded a negative order rate in 2019 for the first time in decades. Meanwhile, the company delivered 13 new airplanes in January.

Place profits over reliability and safety and you get what you deserve. Automakers suffer the same fate. Just a shame they are all subsidized by governments globally. Toyota has been tax exempt in US and Canada since the 1980s. GM Ford Chrysler needed the US and Canadian governments to literally buy up all their stocks in 2008 just to keep them afloat. :/
