US not concerned by any new OPEC output cut: Energy Secretary

The US is not concerned by the prospect of further output cuts by OPEC and its allied oil producers, Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette said. The comment came after a technical panel that advises the OPEC have proposed an output cut of 600,000 barrels per day to prop up crude prices. Brouillette said OPEC’s ability to impact oil prices is no longer the same as it used to few decades ago.
