T-Mobile to get green light from judge on Sprint deal

As per sources, A US district judge is expected to rule in favor of allowing Sprint and T-Mobile to merge over the objections of a group of state attorneys general. Shares of Sprint surged 69% in after hours trade following the reports. The court is expected to make the decision public on Tuesday. The companies are expected to start talks on renegotiating terms of the $26.5 billion merger soon.
