Joe Biden brushed off lackluster performance in the New Hampshire presidential primary on Tuesday, saying that it was time to look at more diverse states such as Nevada and South Carolina for guidance in the Democratic nominating contest. He kicked-off a rally of his campaign in South Carolina, and said that 99% of black voters hadn’t selected a Democratic candidate yet, ’nor 98% of Latinos.’

He skipped Nevada and went straight to South Carolina? Why could that be? Is he expecting a loss in Nevada due to the caucus system? I predict another showing in 3rd place or below will be the final nail in his campaign's coffin.
