Trump withdraws nomination of ex-US attorney to Treasury post

President Trump is withdrawing his nomination for the Treasury Department’s undersecretary for terrorism and financial crimes. Jessie Liu, a former attorney for D.C., left her post on Jan. 31 after Trump nominated her for the position in December. Liu oversaw various high-profile cases, including the case against Roger Stone.
