Suspect released after arrest for attempted arson at Eureka GOP office

A man has been released after being arrested on a slew of charges, including attempted arson of the Republican Party of Humboldt headquarters. The incident occurred on Saturday, Feb. 8, in the wee hours of the morning. According to the Eureka Police Department, the suspect was found to be in possession of a ’Trump’ political flag while his bicycle had a ’Bernie’ political sticker displayed.
