Former law clerk alleges late federal judge sexually harassed her

An ex-law clerk testified before Congress that she had been sexually harassed by a federal judge on the 9th Circuit between 2017 and 2018. Olivia Warren claimed that she was harassed by Judge Stephen Reinhardt. Warren also said that the 2019 reporting systems set up to protect judicial employees from sexual harassment were inadequate, as they didn’t provide a confidential option to report.

More guilt by accusation. Article states that the liberal judge was alleged to have told the poor dear woman that she was ugly. The man is dead so we can't hear his side of it, but rude if true. All I can say is *so what* ---the world is full of rude, ornery people--sharp corners too. It's a fact of life, be tougher people.

maybe should have told him to not do it when he was alive instead of falsely accusing a dead man.

Death does not exonerate anyone. She has spoken her truth and that was a brave thing to do. In this patriarchy we all have to endure women's voices are silenced far too often. This stunningly brave woman had the courage to speak out and she should be believed. To all of you condemning her statement due to the judge's death should be ashamed of themselves for questioning her and her painful ordeal.

Why would they publish this?? There’s a reason we say don’t speak I’ll of the dead. They can’t defend themselves!
