Police who warned man about ’transphobic’ tweet acted unlawfully

A UK court has ruled that police officers unlawfully interfered with a man’s right to freedom of expression by turning up at his place of work to speak to him about ’transphobic’ tweets. Harry Miller, a former police officer, said the actions of police had a ’substantial chilling effect’ on his right to free speech. The court ruled the actions of the police were a ’disproportionate interference’.

Finally a good news story out of the UK concerning liberty and individual freedom. An important precedent.

The police here, without blaming individuals who i am sure are good people, are a disgusting institution engaged in thought-policing of the native population who they, in their racism and classism see as dangerous, whilst turning a deliberate blind eye to non-natives, who they effectively treat as 'proles', and therefore beneath suspicion and investigation. The British police force is functionally evil.

The term "phobia", when applied in a political sense, is an ad hominen designed to stigmatize the public and force them to accept as normal, that which they naturally find to be offensive.

Given that there's literally ZERO scientific proof that a person's gender is based on feelings rather than biological construction, the only reasonable position government could take on the subject would be to tell people they can't claim to be a gender they aren't... If the government were to get into the debate. The best solution is for government to stay out of forcing any opinion on anyone.
