U.K. broadband customers set to save up to £1 billion under new rules

The U.K. imposed new rules on broadband providers will allow customers collectively to save up to £1 billion annually on phone, internet, television and mobile plans. Service providers must notify customers when their current contract is coming to an end and give a breakdown of the cost of the services moving forward at the standard rates, as well as include new promotions that are available.
