Coronavirus: Americans leave quarantined cruise ship in Japan

Some 400 Americans were evacuated Monday from the coronavirus-stricken Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan in two aircraft. At least 40 US citizens are infected and will be treated in Japan. The Diamond Princess was placed in a 14-day quarantine in early February after a former passenger tested positive for the virus. The evacuees will face another 14-day isolation period in US.
