New York attorney general says she won’t appeal T-Mobile merger ruling

New York AG Letitia James will not appeal a federal judge’s decision to allow Sprint and T-Mobile to merge, setting the stage for the telecom giants to complete their $40 billion merger. A US federal judge gave the companies the green light on Tuesday to complete the deal. New York, California and other states had challenged it on antitrust grounds, saying it would drive up prices for consumers.
