Ghost ship washes ashore in Ireland after more than a year at sea

Heavy winds and rain ensured a cargo ship that had been drifting at sea since 2018 was washed ashore onto the Irish coast. Britain’s meteorological service said Storm Dennis brought a month’s worth of rain in just 48 hours to parts of South Wales. The cargo ship that had been drifting since its crew was rescued ended up on the rocks near Ballycotton.

Wonder why it was allowed to drift like that. Seems dangerous but maybe it had some sort of beacon on it to warn other ships. Would of been good to use as target practice for the military.
