US, Taliban working on Afghan peace agreement, refugees wonder where they stand

The United States and Taliban militants have begun a week-long reduction of violence agreement. U.S. President Donald Trump said there was a ’good chance’ they would reach an agreement leading to U.S. troop withdrawal by February 29. Humanitarian groups and refugees are unclear what that would mean for 3 million Afghan refugees in Pakistan and larger number in Iran.
