14 US passengers evacuated from cruise ship test positive for coronavirus

Fourteen passengers aboard US chartered flights evacuating Americans from the Diamond Princess cruise ship have tested positive for coronavirus. The passengers are among nearly 400 rescued from the ship, which is docked off the Japanese port city of Yokohama. One charter flight arrived at Travis Air Force Base near Fairfield, California, while the other arrived at San Antonio, Texas.

Rescued? From the ship? It's not the ship's issue, it's not the cruises issue. It is the port authority letting folks embark who are infected.

these ships are basically infectious pathogen incubators. someone should get the people on a isloated island with tents and food etc. they should not be crammed together. also maybe cancel cruises that already going to Asian ports? https://youtu.be/yzuEuITEETA
