Teenager becomes ’Ironman’ after going through chest surgery

Kai Kaahui, a teenager from Hawaii traveled to Denver to have his sunken chest pushed into a normal position. The medical procedure, which is called the Nuss procedure, is used to cure pectus excavatum, a chest deformity, and involves placing a curved metal bar in the chest. After the procedure, a smiling Kaahui said he feels like ’Ironman’.
