Israel’s PM Netanyahu plans new settlement in contested land

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced plans on Thursday to build thousands of housing units in contested East Jerusalem. Critics say this would be a blow to prospects for a settlement with the Palestinians. The housing is not likely actually to be built for years, if at all, but it is seen as an effort for Netanyahu to strengthen support among his base 11 days before the election.

A non-existent settlement would be a blow to a non-existent settlement. Peace processors processing peace.

I don't see the point, Israel already owns America.... The entire population could just move there, more resources, more land..... They like walls.. U could even make them all police, they too like shooting unarmed black people.... Seems like a win win win

If North America can frac through granite to harvest gas, they can sure as hell frac through nuclear fission created glass. We don't need them. I am so tired of hearing about the importance of the m.e. Honestly, it's like listening to children fight over crayons.
