USC will offer free tuition to low-income students

The University of Southern California announced Thursday that it will be waiving all tuition fees for any student who comes from a family that makes less than $80,000. As part of the initiative, ownership of a home will not be counted in determining a student’s financial need.The changes will be phased in beginning with first-year students entering USC in the fall of 2020 and the spring of 2021.
