Facebook will now pay you for your voice recordings

Facebook is going to pay select users up to $5 to record snippets of audio through a new program called ’Pronunciations’ in its Viewpoints market research app, to improve its speech recognition technology. The program announced is available only to U.S.-based users, 18 years and older, and with 75 or more Facebook friends.
