Californian man served with restraining order for stalking Apple CEO

A court granted Apple a temporary restraining order against a person accused of stalking Tim Cook. Rakesh Sharma has been ordered to stay away from Cook’s residence in Silicon Valley, as well as the CEO’s three security guards. The order lasts through March 3. Sharma showed up at Cook’s home in December carrying a bottle of champagne and flowers. A month later he entered the property again.
