Cat surviving and thriving with 3D-printed titanium limbs

A cat from Russia has become the world’s second recipient of 3D-printed titanium prosthetic limbs after suffering from frostbite. The cat was rescued by a passerby after which a team of vets and researchers from Russia’s Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), saved her life. The team amputated her legs before using 3D-printed titanium replacements.
