Ruling paves way for tougher sentence for Derek Chauvin

Ruling paves way for tougher sentence for Derek Chauvin

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin could face up to 30 years in prison after a Minnesota judge ruled there were several aggravating factors in the murder of George Floyd. Judge Cahill noted that Chauvin abused his authority and treated Floyd with ’particular cruelty.’ He ruled there were two more aggravating factors, one being the crime was committed in the presence of children.

Imagine convicting a person for involuntary and voluntary murder when everyone knows he swallowed a boat load of drugs and the way you restrained him was taught to you by those now calling for you to be imprisoned forever.

Could you imagine being a right winger and defending a murder on this site? Akward times we live in.

Particular cruelty? That's the best way they could describe not tossing him in the back of the suv (at the request of Flyod) and waiting for the ambulance for his bodies reaction to his deadly overdose of fentanyl. He was restrained on the ground nothing more to that, smaller people are held on the ground longer and suffer no lasting ailments from being restrained. He did not notify the police how much of the fentanyl he disposed of orally so none of the officers knew he was responding this way for any other reason but because of the actions of the police. Charge his dealer/friend for not informing the police on Floyd's behalf of the deadly amount of drugs that Floyd consumed. His dealer had no love for the life of his friend and took no act to save him or to help the officers save him.

Talk about injustice. Obviously politically motivated. Just look at the divide in the comments. This is all ment to continue the racial divide that the MSM and democrats started before the end of Obama's last term. If you disagree you are either blind or a liar. BTW, I am not politically affiliated. I vote by those that will uphold the constitution.

The moral of this story is once they are in the back of the cop car they don’t come out period. Ask them if they want ems to respond when they start acting like Floyd did. If they tear the patrol vehicle to heck so be it.

The verdict is going to be set aside anyway due to (at minimum) jury tampering, not to mention at least one juror committing perjury.
