Supreme Court to hear case on if foster care agency can exclude same-sex couples

The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case, Fulton v City of Philadelphia, to determine whether the Philadelphia can require a Catholic foster care agency that accepts public funding can be required to allow same-sex couples to be foster parents. The appeals court ruled unanimously against the agency. The Supreme Court will hear the case in the next term which begins in October.

Marriage by it's basic definition can't be "same-sex" and it's unconstitutional for the Supreme Court to legislate it as such? Nah they won't do what's right.

This is a tricky case. On the one hand you cannot force someone to violate their religious beliefs. On the other hand if these foster care groups are getting public funds...
