US Government begins offering assistance for qualifying internet bill costs

The US Government has begun a program offering aid to those struggling to afford internet costs in their own homes. This is part of the $900 billion December pandemic-relief package and is geared towards people that cannot afford internet at a time when much work and schooling has moved to the web. Same people probably paying for NFL Sunday ticket package and other useless TV packages. How about you put it into libraries to get children out of unstable homes and and under the supervision of tutors of these underprivileged areas. Even if it is for a short period of time each day I'm sure it would help a lot more then just paying for their internet service.
