Study finds red pandas to be two separate species instead of one

The bush-tailed and russet-furred mammals that live in Asia, the red pandas, are not a single species but are rather two different species according to a study. Substantial genetic divergences were discovered by scientists between the two species of the pandas- the Chinese red pandas and the Himalayan red pandas.
