Ms. Bailey was suspended after she told her students about her ’future wife’. The settlement ended a nearly three year battle between the school and the teacher.

Homosexuality is a chosen lifestyle. It should be legal to disagree with it and express that disagreement without being punished. It's not like race, gender(male/female), ethnicity. It's more like religion except religion is expressly protected by the constitution. Behavioral choices are not.
