Deputies shared graphic photos of crash site, report says

L.A. sheriff’s department is investigating whether deputies may have shared graphic photos of human remains from a helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant and others. The photos are alleged to have been seen on smartphones and shown to others. It remains unclear how widely the photos might have been shared and who was involved. ’The matter is being looked into’, said the sheriff’s office.

Being surrounded by first responders and being familiar, taking photos on a personal device is discouraged, yet sometimes necessary. Your device becomes evidence and is confidential. If he showed photos to other responders, thats part of the job, but friends and family is a no no. That being said its nit uncommon ti become desensitised to this kind of thing and make silly mistakes. Very unfortunate.
