Ukraine’s Prime Minister replaced. Zelensky fires his cabinet

Ukraine’s PM Oleksiy Goncharuk quit on Tuesday and was replaced by his deputy Shmygal who was approved by parliament. President Volodymyr Zelensky also replaced the most senior members of his cabinet: the ministers of defense, finance and foreign affairs. A tape had emerged in January of Goncharuk saying Zelensky didn’t understand economics and he had offered to resign previously.
