Man dressed as The Joker held for allegedly making terrorist threats

A man who dressed as The Joker and live-streamed himself threatening to kill people has been arrested for making terroristic threats at a restaurant in St Louis, Missouri. Jeremy Garnier, 48, was charged with a felony count of making a terrorist threat. A judge ordered Garnier held without bail. Garnier claimed his aim was to draw attention to the opioid epidemic that has gripped the country.
