Trump to block funds to ’sanctuary’ jurisdictions

A US court recently ruled that the Trump administration could go ahead with blocking federal law enforcement funds to cities and states that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. As a result of this, the Trump administration announced it would withhold money from so-called sanctuary jurisdictions.

Excellent news. States can't just disobey Federal law on the grounds that they don't agree with it. The Constitution absolutely gives authority over immigration and naturalization to the Federal government.
