Portugal’s president self-isolates amid coronavirus outbreak

Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa has self quarantined for two weeks as he found that the group of student, who visited him last week, are from a school which has since been closed following the detection of a student with COVID-19. Marcelo’s office said that the president had no symptoms, and that the infected student wasn’t included in the group that visited the presidential palace.

Update: the President has announced the test turned out negative but he will remain in voluntary quarantine.
