Former Vice President Joe Biden was recently asked if he would veto a ’Medicare for All’ proposal which has been championed by Democratic rival Bernie Sanders. Mr. Biden, who is a front runner for the Democratic nomination, pointed to ’delays’ and ’costs’ while expressing his reservations regarding the proposal.
