House panel can access Mueller report material: Appeals court

The Department of Justice must hand over grand jury materials from the investigation of former special counsel Robert Mueller, to Congress, a federal appeals court in Washington ruled on Tuesday. A three judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals said that the House’s impeachment inquiry justified its request for the sealed documents.

if the supreme court allowed this it would either be a huge abuse of power or a dangerous precedence. its normal to share reports after they are properly redacted. giving house members in redacted reports because liberal judges want Democrats to use it for political reasons is absurd. grand jury testimony is not released. that is standard procedure.

It's just going to go to the supreme court or they'll decide to make the appeals court reconsider it again, I already see the pattern and know what will happen, depending on which will take longer Trump will choose the longer option which will be the supreme court...

Considering Barr lied and mislead the American people about the Mueller report I hope we get to see the skeletons behind the redactions like Don Jr. pleading the 5th.
