Coronavirus: Walmart sets emergency leave policy for 1.4M hourly workers

Walmart is enacting an emergency leave policy for its 1.4M hourly US workers that allowing them to take time off without penalty if they fear the spread of coronavirus. The retailer said that the workers will receive up to 2 weeks pay if they’re required to be quarantined.The new policy comes as the retailer said that a worker at its store in Cynthiana, Ken., tested positive for the COVID-19.

Having read a couple of articles, that sounds like a pretty good policy. I wasn't aware hourly employees even had paid time off, but the two weeks pay for quarantine sounds good.

I own a large preschool and daycare - how are we going to pay all of our employees while we are shut down (no revenue plus sick pay)? Serious question.
