US managed to test only 6,563 people for the coronavirus so far

In spite of the first coronavirus victim having been diagnosed in January in the US and a total of 873 confirmed cases with 28 deaths since, only 6,563 people has been tested as per the CDC. This is in stark contrast to the promises made by the administration that 75K people would be tested by last week’s end and labs across would have the capacity to conduct 1.5M tests beginning this week.

It doesn't matter. It's already in the community. It will be everywhere soon. If you think you have it there is no treatment, therefore no need to know if you are positive. If you think you have it just STAY HOME. Do not come to the hospital unless you can't breathe, you only risk exposing other people otherwise. We've seen confirmed cases popping up everywhere now. God help us all. -- Doctor in Washington --
